WHAT is it?
To celebrate the harvest season for all who are part of the community, we are opening up the Williamsville Hall (downstairs) for a "Friends-Giving" pot luck gathering!

WHEN is it?
Saturday 11/23/24. We will start around 4 pm.
Ping pong table will be open for a tournament, other games will be provided and encouraged. Dinner around 6. Guest musicians playing throughout!

WHY are we doing this?
Some of the local community members want to foster a sense of connection and inclusiveness for all who want to feel like they have a "home away from home" this Thanksgiving.

PLEASE BRING:
-Most importantly, bring yourself.
-A dish (doesn't need to be Thanksgiving food) or beverage to share (no alcohol will be served per hall rules)
-A game or activity you would do with your family on Thanksgiving
-Your musical talent/poetry

The Williamsville hall is graciously opening its doors for this event and any help with set up, break down and donations to the hall would be greatly appreciated. Cash donations to the hall will be accepted the night of the event.

The Rock River players will be doing an "Open Reading" upstairs in the hall from 3-6 pm that night so please be respectful of them, or join them and then come downstairs after!
