WOODBURY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The Woodbury Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet at 5:15 P.M. on Thursday November 21, 2024. The meeting will start with attendees meeting at the Woodbury Town Hall and then carpooling to Penny & Tamah Libercent property at 486 Herricks Cove Rd in Woodbury, VT. The visit to the Libercent property will be followed immediately by a hearing to consider the appeal of the denial of Penny and Tamah Libercent's application dated October 22, 2024 for the purpose of construction of a new 20' x 16' carport.

The denial of the permit was due to not meeting the required setback of 25' from the center line of a private road. A copy of the application for a zoning permit and variance request is available for public review at the Town Clerk's Office in South Woodbury.
