Great news in the completion of the Teacher contract. It's recognizes challenges. it's fair, encourages professional diversity and gives a stipend to teachers obtaining National Certification.
It will mean some costs. One way to think of it as investment in property value. Burlington was recently names as a best community to raise a family. And the schools are a large part of the reason why.
