Reminder:

The Brennan Woods Homeowners Association annual meeting will be held at the Allen Brook cafeteria on Tuesday Dec 2nd at 6:30pm. The board requires the attendance of or proxies from at least 35 homeowners to pass the budget and elect board positions.

If you can not attend the meeting please send your proxy.

Association dues need to be paid by 1/15/15
