Climate Change: What's it All About with State Climatologist Dr. L.L . Dupigny-Giroux

This Wednesday, November 6, 2024, 1:30-3:00 pm is perfect for a stimulating program at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center. Here are the details:

On the Cutting Edge: Lessons from the U.S. and Vermont Climate Plans

Dr. Lesley-Ann L. Dupigny-Giroux, State Climatologist, will explore the latest climate change science from the 2023 National Climate Assessment and the implementation of Vermont's first ever Climate Action Plan adopted December 2021.

Registration for the 5 remaining programs in the series is $40 per individual, $70 per couple (any two people), or $8 per program.

Registration should be done online beforehand or by mail to UVM OLLI. If you decide to drop in at the last moment, you may send a check or pay online after the fact.

No masks are required, but appreciated at MSAC, especially if you have a cough or sniffle. The MSAC office has masks if you forgot yours.
