Election Night. From the 15th Amendment to the Voting Rights Act of 1965, to Shelby v. Holder, to the flood of state laws limiting voter rights, equity has always mattered with access to the ballot. The Black (and increasingly other folks of color) vote and women's vote are the votes that will likely determine the election. Election Night discussion, as we watch the votes come in.
