Tinmouth's monthly sitting group - Wednesday December 3rd - 6 - 7:30 pm at the Tinmouth Old Firehouse
Everyone is welcome - whether new to meditation or an experienced practitioner.
We practice silent sitting and walking meditation (sometimes called "insight" or vipassana). Please feel welcome to arrive and depart as your schedule allows. If you are new to meditation, please join us at 6:00 pm for a brief introduction. We will begin with a short guided meditation, followed by walking meditation, and then a 20-minute silent meditation.
