House Party

Phase One of the Richard Kemp Center Growing Homes initiative is winding down and we're throwing a House Party with our HUD partners! The house party is a "one stop shop" for anyone interested in learning more about housing or becoming a first-time homebuyer, whether now or in the future. Attendees will learn more about resources available. Folks will have an opportunity to sign up for Growing Homes, discuss housing options, check their credit, talk with coaches and counselors and sign up for first-time homebuyer classes/coaching. Mortgage lenders will be in the house to enable folks to get pre-qualified for a loan.

The Growing Homes Initiative enables folks to learn, grow and heal as we look towards reducing the racial wealth gap (up to and including home and land ownership).

This is a free event; no pre-registration is required.
