Mark your calendar for the Colchester Historical Society's special Veterans Day presentation. Joe Smith, a UVM graduate and U.S. Army veteran who served with the 101st Airborne Division and as a military police officer in Germany, will discuss the history of Veterans Day and historical accuracy of military movies. Parking, admission, and refreshments are free.

The Colchester Historical Society is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving Colchester's history. It shares historical information and hosts history related events within the community.
