EmpowR Transformation is offering a training retreat to evolve conflict skills, explore the roots and meanings of conflict, and how to navigate it individually and collectively. Conflict avoidance is rooted in dominant culture and creates barriers to real collaboration and impactful work together.

Join us Dec. 6 at Grandmother Cherry Sanctuary in Plainfield for a powerful group unlearning and relearning experience. There are 12 spots available. Facilitated by trauma-informed community dialogue and organizational culture facilitators, Rae Carter and Mia Moore.
