Tuesday, November 5th, 2024 is Election Day!
Early Voted Ballots can be returned to:
- Clerk/ Treasurer's Office at City Hall until 1:00 pm on Monday, November 4th
- Ballot Drop Boxes until 4:30 pm on Monday, November 4th
- Your Polling Place on Election Day
In Person Voting: Polling places will be open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on Election Day. Bring the ballot that was sent to you in the mail with you. If you did not receive a ballot or do not bring it with you, you will still be able to vote. However, you will be asked to sign an affidavit first.
Some Polling Places have changed. Check your polling place at https://www2.burlingtonvt.gov/Clerk/Elections/Map/
Voter Eligibility:
- Citizen voters are eligible to vote the General Election ballot, which includes state, federal, and local items.
- All Legal Resident voters are eligible to vote the Special City Election ballot, which includes only local items.
