Don't forget! Safe and Seen Halloween will be on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Come and trick or treat in downtown Randolph, and visit the Day of the Dead altar in the Gazebo! The White River Valley Chamber of Commerce, RACDC, and the Rec. Department work together to produce this wonderful event! There will be many treats, warm cider, and a great display at Gazebo park!
