We will be open for brunch and baked goods this Saturday November 2nd in Tinmouth!

Here are a few of this Saturday's menu items below.
Saturday Brunch Menu:
-Our traditional big breakfast sandwiches: 2 eggs, sausage or bacon and cheddar on our oversized homemade English muffin (make it spicy with pepperjack cheese, pickled peppers and sriracha aioli)
-The veggie breakfast sandwich: 2 fried eggs, baby spinach, and garlic herb cheese topped with romesco sauce (contains nuts) on our oversized homemade English muffin.
-Sausage biscuit: large sausage patty on our homemade buttermilk biscuit, fried egg, cheddar cheese and sweet pepper jelly to finish it off.
-French toast bake with cream cheese and blueberries with local VT maple syrup
-Cajun breakfast: Traditional jambalaya made with andouille sausage, chicken, onions, celery, bell peppers, and rice in a tomato, Cajun seasoned sauce topped with two fried eggs drizzled with a hot sauce aioli and served over a large Johnny cake.
-Omelets: veggies, meat, cheese. See our list of options on our in-house menu board!
-Vegan scrambles are available!
Brunch add-ons: home fries, bacon, sausage, toast, homemade toast available in some flavors, buttermilk biscuit, fried or scrambled eggs.
-Pork schnitzel sandwich: Pork chop pounded thin and crusted in panko crumbs with Dijon sauce, and cabbage apple slaw on toasted rye bread served with garlic butter oven roasted potatoes
-Beef meatloaf sandwich with roasted red peppers, pickled onions, lettuce and garlic aioli on a toasted bun served with garlic butter oven roasted potatoes
-Broccoli cheddar soup
-Pork stew: potatoes, carrots, leeks, white beans and slow braised pork shoulder.
-Romaine salad: crispy romaine hearts with rye croutons and a lemon parmesan dressing
Baked Goods:
-Fruit pies, this week we have apple, Dutch apple caramel, apple rhubarb, cherry almond, blueberry/raspberry and small pumpkin caramel pies.
-Fresh made old fashioned sour cream donuts, and beignets
-Cookies, muffins, and cupcakes
Dinner specials: these are made earlier in the day, packaged and refrigerated for you to take home and reheat for dinner.
-Chicken Enchiladas: chicken and cheese wrapped in corn tortillas topped with red and green chili sauce served with sides of seasoned black beans and yellow rice. (gluten free)
-Spinach lasagna: garlic white sauce, fresh pasta sheets, mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, onions, and mushrooms layered with a white bechamel sauce. (vegetarian)
-Butternut squash risotto: roasted butternut squash, rice and herbs in a creamy vegan sauce topped with toasted walnuts. (vegan, gluten free, contains nuts)
Plus, we have our freezer full of items to choose from.
