Music for Self-Care is a 4-week workshop series where participants will be guided in learning how to use music in their daily lives to strengthen their immune system, decrease stress and improve overall wellness. Classes include opportunities for group instrumental play, drumming, singing and mindfulness exercises. No musical experience required!
This program is being managed by Burlington Parks, Recreation and Waterfront. Scholarships are available for those in need of financial assistance.
We will meet weekly beginning on Tuesday, Nov 12th through Dec. 10th (skipping Thanksgiving week). Classes will be from 6:30-7:30PM.
