I wanted to let people know about a very interesting musical experience taking place in Greensboro on Wednesday October 30, from 6:00 to 7:30.
Heidi Wilson has taught singing and held community concerts for years, and I can't speak highly enough of them. Her latest group, the Shire Choir, will be on the main stage of the Highland Center for the Arts in Greensboro.
Expect a pretty casual experience for all ages. Audience members listen to some songs, and are invited to get swooped in to learn others.
The experience is moving, thoughtful, supportive, and fun. It is a free event, with an optional donation basket.
