The Planning Commission and DRB will be meeting at a special joint meeting on Tuesday, December 2nd at 7:00 p.m. to review the first draft of the new Unified Development Code for the Town and Village. The draft is being delivered to the Commission at this meeting. A digital version will be posted to the town website next week.

The Commission will also meet on Wednesday, December 3rd at 5:30 p.m., at its regular monthly meeting, to continue to prepare a final draft for the required public hearings to be scheduled in early 2015. Both of these worksessions will be held at the Municipal Offices Community Meeting Room, lower level, 344 Route 15W.
