1.The Village of Jeffersonville is applying to the US Environmental Protection Agency for Brownfields Cleanup Grant funding for the former Bell-Gates Property (a.k.a. Jolley Property) at the intersection of Vermont Routes 15 and 108 in Jeffersonville, Vermont. The funding is being requested to allow the Village in support of redevelopment of the property into a public park and trail. A public meeting will be held at 7:00 pm at the Village office at 44 Lamoille View Lane Suite 101, Jeffersonville, Vermont. The draft funding application will be available for review at the Jeffersonville Village Office on December 1, 2014. Comments will be accepted on the draft application through December 15, 2014 via US mail, via drop off at the village office, or via electronic mail to: jeffvillage@myfairpoint.net
