Halloween in Winooski has been happening for over 20 years and although modest at its inception, the event has grown to fill Rotary Park with 1,000 lit pumpkins. Kids activities start at 2:00 with a DJ and live band later in the evening. Support for this event is made possible by Adopt a Pumpkin, where any amount donated supports the purchase of the pumpkins from local farmers. Free parking in the garage across the street. Can't make it Saturday, the pumpkins will be lit Sunday evening for viewing as well.
