PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Moretown Development Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the Town Office, 19 Kaiser Dr., Moretown, Vermont to consider the following matter:

6:30 p.m. – Application # 14-41: Application of the Town of Moretown for construction of a new town office located at 79 School Street in Moretown; Parcel ID#: 10-040.000. The application requires conditional use approval of the Development Review Board pursuant to Section 2.4, Table 2.5 (5) of the Moretown Zoning Regulations for development within the Flood Hazard Area Overlay District.

The hearings may be preceded by a site visit. The file relating to this matter is available for review during regular business hours at the town offices.

PARTICIPATION IN THE LOCAL PROCEEDING (THE PUBLIC HEARING) IS A PREREQUISITE TO THE RIGHT TO TAKE ANY SUBSEQUENT APPEAL IN THIS MATTER.
