Join us at ACORN's Annual Meeting on Monday, November 18 at the ACORN Food Hub (616 Exchange St, Middlebury)!
The ACORN Food Hub is moving into the former Vermont Soap Retail location this fall! Be the first to see our new space and hear how ACORN has been getting more fresh, delicious, healthy food into Vermonters' homes and bellies.
Doors open at 5:30 pm with an optional tour of the Food Hub facilities. The program begins shortly after 6:00 pm. Please arrive early to grab your seat and enjoy the delicious light bites provided by stellar farmer-chef Janis Reinke of Frog Hollow Farmstead and the Farmstand Cafe! Beverages will be available by donation.
A Moth-style local foods storytelling event on the theme of "Showing Up" will follow the ACORN presentation, with plenty of time for Q&A and conversations.
Registration is required and includes a light dinner. No one is turned away due to lack of funds. We look forward to celebrating a great year in local food with you!

Not able to make it? We have another great opportunity to get involved with ACORN in November! Join ACORN and Rural Vermont on Sunday, November 3 from 9:30am - 3pm at Tup's Crossing Farm, 66 Young Rd, Orwell, VT for a pasture reclamation work brigade! We will be trimming back and wrapping shade trees in an 8 acre parcel to increase grazing opportunities for a herd of dairy goats.
