Hello, everyone. I want to make sure you are all aware of the meeting tonight (Wednesday) at the high school. PLEASE INVITE ANY/ALL FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS!
I am including below Superintendent Ryan Heraty's notice about the event. This is a rare occasion to hear from the Agency of Education, ask questions important to you, and hopefully get some answers in person. This is a valuable opportunity to also show the AOE how important this issue is to our entire community (not only those of us with children in the schools), AND to have this conversation within our paltry school building/grounds. Meeting is in the auditorium TONIGHT (Wednesday) 6:00pm-8:00pm.
Dear Lamoille South Families,
The Vermont Agency of Education has announced the next phase of the 2024 Listen and Learn Tour and invites the public to participate in community conversations to inform how the Agency delivers services and supports to Vermont's education system. Representatives from the AOE will be hosting a public engagement opportunity on Wednesday, October 23, from 6-8pm in the Stowe High School Auditorium.
Please see the AOE's Listen and Learn webpage (https://education.vermont.gov/agency-education-listen-and-learn-tour ) for the most up to date public engagement schedules, links for virtual sessions, and information on language accessibility. The Agency encourages broad participation and welcomes input from all Vermonters, including students, families, and community partners.
Sincerely,
Ryan Heraty, Superintendent
