•    Start recording Zoom and unmute, speakers on. 
•    Roll call and confirm Quorum; Welcome and identify public in attendance.
•    Appoint time-keeper and minutes taker
•    *a1 Statement by Ian Stokes on progress with ACFC work (5 minutes)
•    Elect a Chairperson or Co-Chairperson for this and subsequent ACFC meetings.
•    *a2 and *a3 Minutes of September 16th and September 30th, 2024 meetings
•    Additions/Changes to Agenda
•    Brief RCC RTC Reports as related to ACFC (5 minutes)
•    Public Comment Period

c. 6:50-7:40 pm  Prioritizing *c1, c2 ACFC Pending Documents for MP revisions.  Goal: to establish a plan to incorporate materials into a revised Management Plan.  (50 minutes)

 - Bylaws revisions as passed by Select Board October 21st
