A slow flow yoga class held on Tuesday nights at All Souls Interfaith Gathering in Shelburne (off Bostwick Road) taught by Carter Branley, RYT. Class is held from 5:30-6:30pm in the Sanctuary Space at All Souls.
This is a mindfulness based class, focused on helping students to connect to their bodies, breath, and moment to moment experience as we flow between yoga asanas/postures. This class is open to all levels and experience with yoga. We have a great group of regular participants and it is a beautiful and welcoming setting for practice!
Class is drop in style; no preregistration required.
Students need to bring their own yoga mat for class.
Cost for class is $15.
