If you're anything like me and full of election dread, you could probably use some distractions right now - and Newsies is going to be a great one! I'm part of the Lyric Theatre team putting it on, and it tells a great story about the power of the underdog. Plus it's full of friends and neighbors from Burlington and beyond - chances are you know someone who's part of the show, whether on or offstage. And the show itself is so much fun with such positivity and high energy that it'll make you want to dance no matter what's going on in the world.
We would truly love to see our community show up and enjoy the show!
