Join us for a poetry reading in Montpelier with Jane Shore reading her poems on Vermont, memory, motherhood, daughterhood, life and loss. Jane Shores 6 books of poems have garnered many prizes and awards. Her work has appeared in the New Yorker, The Yale Review and The New Republic. Julia Alvarez calls her, "a poet of quandaries and questions … with no simple answers, but with the soothing, cooling balm of companionable poems."

Registration for the 7 remaining programs in the series is $40 per individual or $70 per couple (any two people), or $8 per program. Registration should be done online beforehand or by mail to UVM OLLI. If you decide to drop in at the last moment, you may send a check or pay online after the fact.
