The holiday season should be filled with joy and peace celebrating the movement of darkness to light. Instead we often stress over gifts, gatherings and family so much we forget the true meaning of the season. Take some time for yourself this holiday season with this three week series on Meditations for the Holidays on Tuesdays, December 2, 9, and 16, 5:00 pm to 5:45pm. This is your time for quiet, relaxation and inner reflection. We'll be spending time in meditation using breathing techniques, sound and readings as vehicles to get us there. No experience necessary.
