Despite all the bad publicity GMO foods get -- and a major lawsuit pending against Vermont for requiring labeling on GMO foods -- few of us understand what we’re actually eating when we eat foods that contain GMO. Modified cells? DNA that has been altered? Parts of foreign organisms? Prof. Christine Palmer of Castleton College, a plant biologist, will give us the inside scoop.
