Please join town officials on a tour of a nine acre parcel the Town owns at 3801 East Hill Road, Wolcott Voters will be asked by Article at Town Meeting to allow the town to enter into a conservation easement for this property. The property is an entrance into Bear Swamp and the Tamarack Brook and borders Sterling College Bear Swamp Preserve. The Selectboard feel this land is worthy of conservation protection. We want to afford everyone access to this special gem of land, whether for public recreation: bird watching, fishing, canoeing while at the same time permanently protecting the land for its natural value.
