Join Regina and Kate for this workshop on how we can build our internal fire and support our digestion on every level.
Find out how yoga can enhance your physical digestion, your capacity to fully process the emotional and mental moments of our lives, and promote the free flow of prana, (life energy), throughout your being and into your life.
We will:
1) Identify Ama, the blockages that impede physical digestion;
2) Identify energetic, emotional, and mental Ama or obstructions;
2) Learn which foods feed our gut biome and thus also support our nervous, endocrine, and immune systems;
3) Gain tools for listening to your gut: know the difference between instinct or intuition and fear or cognitive error;
4) Explore the concept of "rest and digest";
5) Enjoy a nourishing "slow flow and restore" yoga practice, including meditation and pranayama, that will cultivate a sustainable Agni for physical digestion and help clear mental, emotional, and energetic Ama as well.
