AARP Tax-Aide is a program that trains and supports volunteers providing free tax-filing help to Seniors. Many older taxpayers with low to moderate income miss out on credits and deductions they've earned. Tax-Aide offers free tax-filing help to those who need it most, with sessions in Senior Centers, Libraries, and assisted living facilities.
You don't have to be a tax pro, or even a member of AARP, to volunteer with us — there are many ways to get involved. If you are interested in volunteering with the program and would like more information, our Open House is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct 29, 3PM at the AARP office at 199 Main St Suite 225, Burlington, VT 05401.
