A+D Season 12 continues Wed. with a film about Dorothea Lange, one of the most important documentary photographers of the 20th century. Her enduring images document five turbulent decades of American history including the Great Depression, the Dust Bowl, Japanese American Internment Camps, and early environmentalism. A powerful yet intimate portrait of a woman of passion, vision, and creative drive who challenged herself to become a witness to a world unraveling around her, changing her life and continually testing the conscience of a nation.
