TRAFFIC IMPACT AND DURATION: In observation of the Indigenous People's Day holiday, crews will be out of the project area by 12 p.m. today, October 11, and return to site on Tuesday, October 15 at 7:00 a.m.
Tuesday, October 15, through Friday, October 19, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., motorists can expect lane closures with alternating one-way traffic patterns and minor delays on U.S. Route 2 (U.S. 2) from the intersection with Vermont Route 232 (VT 232) in Marshfield and continuing east to the intersection with Vermont Route 15 (VT 15) in West Danville. Flaggers and Uniform Traffic Officers will be present to assist motorists through the work zone.
Motorists are encouraged to use caution while traveling through the work zone and plan for minor delays.
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES: From Tuesday, October 15, through Friday, October 18, crews will continue curbing and island work at the park and ride near the intersection of VT 15 and U.S. 2 in West Danville and paving activities near the Marshfield Dam and Danville Hill Road.
