Come close the season with us around the hearth! Shepherds Hearth will be cooking a traditional asado, all over open fire. We are hosting at Farmhouse Flowers, using their beautiful barn space.

This is a ticketed event, no walk ins.

We source the finest quality ingredients from local Vermont farms. The showcase of the night will be a full lamb on a Traditional Argentinian cross from Knoll Farm in Waitsfield as well as sword cooked Brazilian Picanha. Lots of other locally sourced ingredients will be featured, with a focus on what the Mad River Valley has to offer, and we will share a mock menu on our social media in the coming days.
