The Newark Planning Commission has released a draft of an updated town plan. The Commission will hold a hearing on the new draft on Thursday, October 17th at 6PM in the Town Clerk's Office (1336 Newark St.).

This draft Newark Town Plan does not constitute or include zoning bylaws or development regulations. Rather, it describes the town and its development and conservation goals and priorities.

You can download a copy of the plan from the Northeast Vermont Development Association's website: https://nvda.net/files/NewarkTownPlan2024.pdf. There is also a small number of printed copies at the Town Clerk's Office.
