Knitting is so conducive to a social circle, and a few library volunteers are forming a new circle at the library as we head into cooler weather. We're calling it Knit Night. Everyone is welcome to come knit (or practice another handcraft, although the volunteers say they can only provide help with knitting:)) and chat on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-7, beginning next Tuesday. Showing off your knitted items is encouraged, as everyone exchanges ideas, patterns, and stories.
