Hello neighbors!
It has been over seven years since The Backdoor Bakery closed the porch at 315 Bridge Street in Huntington's lower village. And it's been 7 years since our son, now 14, has been nagging me to reopen.
Well, I am not reopening, but fresh, from-scratch baked goods will be available again this Saturday, Oct. 12 off the porch. Croissants, scones, muffins, cinnamon rolls, and more. Porch opens around 7:00 AM. One day only.
Hope to see you on the porch. Plan to sit a spell and catch up on all is happening in Huntington and beyond.
