The Calais Board of Civil Authority will meet Monday, October 14, 2024, at 5:30 pm at the Calais Town Hall and via Zoom.

- Approve Minutes of November 13, 2023, and March 25, 2024, BCA Meetings
- Elect Chair and Vice Chair for the ensuing year
- Approve the opening of voter envelopes on Monday, November 4 to prepare ballots for November 5, 2024 election day tabulation
- Discuss and vote on location, polling hours, and whether or not to use the tabulator for March 4, 2025, Town Meeting
- Review Changes to the Checklist pursuant to 17 V.S.A. § 2144b
- Confirm that Challenged Voters who have not voted or responded to their challenge letter within the past two general election cycles will be purged following the November 5, 2024 election
- Appoint Non-BCA Election Volunteers for the ensuing year (1-year term)
- Other Business
