PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Proposed Adoption of a Stormwater Utility Ordinance for the Town of Milton
Public Hearing Monday, October 21, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Milton Selectboard will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the adoption of a Stormwater Utility Ordinance. The hearing will be held in person in the Community Room of the Milton Municipal Offices at 43 Bombardier Road and remotely via zoom. The full draft of the proposed ordinance can be found at the Milton Town Clerk's Office, the Manager's Office or online at www.miltonvt.gov. A link to participate remotely will be included with the agenda for the hearing, which will be posted at least two days prior to the hearing to the Town website and at designated locations within the Town of Milton (Kinney Drugs and Middle Road Market). It will also be filed with the Town Clerk. All comments and questions may be directed to the Town Manager's office at 802-893-6655.
