🍁 Pulled Pork Hash: roasted potatoes, mushrooms, onions topped with savory pulled pork topped with a poached egg; served with a homemade buttermilk biscuit
🍳 Eggs Benedict: Classic and comforting with poached eggs, and silky hollandaise sauce on a homemade buttermilk biscuit.
🍞 Apple Cinnamon French Toast: thick slices of French toast topped with with apples flambeed in butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, rum; topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
🦞 Lobster Roll: lobster in light mayo base with celery and seasoning, on a toasted bun; sided with greens
🥔 Loaded Tater Tots: crispy tater tots smothered in queso fundido cheese sauce, jalapeños + bacon pieces, topped with a fried egg.
🥑 Avocado Toast: smashed avocado on crispy toast, topped with fresh tomato, cucumber, goat cheese, arugula, and a drizzle of lemon.
