You are invited to a special all-ages concert at the York Street Meeting House on Sunday, October 20th at 3 pm, presented by Catamount Arts and the Upright Steeple Society.
The concert features local musicians, Rachael Elliott (Lyndon, bassoon/voice) and Mary Rowell (Craftsbury, violin) along with New York percussionist/composer, Thomas Kozumplik.
Enjoy original electro-acoustic music and new arrangements by EK Duo (Rachael Elliott and Thomas Kozumplik) and Mary Rowell. The concert, titled "Mad Rush", includes the eponymous piece by Philip Glass arranged by EK Duo for bassoon and vibraphone. Other featured works include original music by Mr. Kozumplik and our longtime friend and colleague in Clogs, Australian composer Padma Newsome.
