The Yin and Yang Experience is a day retreat offering deep healing and self-discovery. in the beautiful setting of Stowe, VT. The event is designed to stir up and release any stuck emotions/energy through dance, while also offering practices of deep rest for transformation and integration through yin yoga and energy healing.
SCHEDULE
1-3pm Ecstatic Dance & Cacao Ceremony
Dance A free-flowing movement practice to help participants express emotions, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies.
Cacao Using the sacred plant medicine of cacao, this ceremony will open the heart, create a sense of connection, and prepare participants for deep emotional release.
3:15-4:45 Hot Tub, Sauna, Cold Plunge, Snacks. Enjoy the beautiful and serene setting in Stowe, VT
5-6:45 Reiki-Infused Yin Yoga & Closing Ceremony
Yin Yoga with Reiki: A gentle, slow-paced practice focused on deep stretching and relaxation, providing space for reflection and integration after the release work. Reiki Energy healing will be offered to support the body in processing and integrating emotional shifts, restoring balance and harmony within.
