• We'll reflect on the stressors in our lives—because we've all got them.
• We'll talk about how we carry stress in our bodies and how this affects us. (You may be surprised!)
• We'll share some supportive strategies: there are people around you who are dealing with the same feelings and symptoms.
• You'll leave with lots of food for thought and some tools for action to significantly reduce stress and increase resilience in your life.
