Join us on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 12:30 p.m. in the Lounge Area at the Brattleboro Senior Center for a presentation on Advanced Care Planning led by Brattleboro Hospice. They will have Advanced Care Directive forms and will be able to answer questions and provide information about the process.

This is a free event and pre-registration is not required.
