Finally Friday - Come Dance with Me!

Do you love music and dancing but feeling a little self-conscious about dancing in a group? Do you get flashbacks (like I do) to awkward high school dances and trying hard to just fit in? Isn't time we left all that behind? Come join me for a completely accepting and supportive environment to move, groove, smile and connect with others with fun music on a Friday night. Bring a friend, come alone, but just be sure to bring yourself in whatever state you are in!

Let Your Yoga Dance incorporates yoga poses and yogic philosophies… but poses are not held or confined to a mat, they are danced through to an array of music and coupled with both choreographed and free form movement designed to be enjoyable and doable for all. It is based on the chakra system, we dance through the seven energy centers from root to crown, ending in meditation in motion and eventually stillness.

No yoga mats necessary, no experience required. Classes every third Friday at Balance Yoga in Richmond and starting Tuesday evenings at Living Room: Center for Positivity in Essex at five corners.
