The day after Thanksgiving, audiences in Stowe will be treated to the grace, beauty, athleticism and daring of the famed Golden Dragon Acrobats. Originally from Cangzhou, Hebei province, in the People’s Republic of China, the troupe practices the rigorous art of Chinese acrobatics, an art form that began more than twenty-five centuries ago. The Golden Dragon Acrobats blend lavish costumes, spell-binding acrobatics, impossible contortions, spectacular juggling, daring aerial stunts, and traditional dance with a hint of ancient and contemporary theater, to create a spectacular show for the whole family.
