A two-hour workshop that offers support and coping tools for those who have lost a loved one. Thanksgiving and Christmas are particularly hard, especially the first couple of years after your loss. GriefShare is a non-denominational ministry in over 35,000 churches. The workshop includes a 35-minute video, a participant guide you can take home with lots of tips for dealing with those "triggers" that strike during the holidays, and a time of discussion. The event is FREE and open to anyone who has lost a loved one, either recently or in the past, and dreads facing the upcoming holidays.
