Recovery Vermont Executive Director Will Eberle will explore the intersection of addiction, housing insecurity, and poverty, and how we can overcome stigma to improve life for all Vermonters.
Will Eberle trains, consults, speaks, and informs policy on trauma, homelessness, mental health and addiction recovery, supported employment, equity, and educational access nationally. He is the Executive Director of Recovery Vermont/The Vermont Association for Mental Health and Addiction Recovery —Vermont's oldest and largest recovery organization. Will was a Field Director at the Vermont Agency of Human Services for six years and a peer support counselor and Executive Director of a mental health drop-in center for five years. He started his career as a street outreach worker and at-risk youth trainer and mentor. He's overcome homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges.
