The Selectboard of the Town of Milton, Vermont, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to 24 V.S.A. § 59 and by virtue the Ordinance for the Care and Control of Dogs in the Town of Milton on October 7th, 2024 at 5:30 pm in the Community Room of the Milton Municipal Building at 43 Bombardier Road in Milton, Vermont to hear evidence and receive testimony on a complaint of alleged vicious dogs concerning two (2) dogs presently residing at 33 Beaver Brook Road in Milton, Vermont.
