They say "It takes a village" and we heard your call!

Main Street Mamas is a Blossom Wellness + Wilder Arts collaboration...

Five Fridays 10:15-11:45am
October 25-November 22
7 Main St, Montpelier

Upstairs, M/others of children 0-5 years will join Devon Parish of Blossom Wellness for her course, Held: Navigating the Journey into Motherhood. Through a mix of gentle yoga, somatic exercises, journaling, and conversation, this series uses the Four Elements of Radical Transformation to help those in the midst of this tender transition to unpack the meaning of motherhood and restore, reclaim, orient, and integrate in a supportive community. In the words of one former participant, "Held was the space I needed to blossom". All classes will be available by livestream and recorded as well.

Downstairs, Wilder Arts will host Only Good Messes for kids ages 0-5; 3+ can be dropped off. For our young creators, this class is an introduction to woodworking, fiber arts, sculpture and more. Each week, students will create lasting artworks using different techniques and materials—acrylic pours, clay sculpting, plaster casting, wood sculpture, or weaving. Through this sensory work and experience, children intuitively learn how to build and create with the materials around them, preparing them for future STE(A)M, hands-on learning.

Enrollment for one m/other + one child in Main Street Mamas is $155. Additional children are $60. You are also welcome to sign up for just Held ($95) or just Only Good Messes ($75). If cost is a barrier, please email Devon at dparishyoga@gmail.com to work something out.
