Salt & Sand Studios is delighted to host special guests, Gershone & Gina for this incredible fall transition event. From Atlanta, Georgia, Gershone & Gina are touring the Northeast with their rejuvenating combination of yoga and mantra music. Having started early September they join us this weekend, then end their tour mid-December.

Great for ages 16+. If your physical limitations are such that you cannot get down on a mat, we will provide you with a chair. If you prefer to listen only and not participate in the physical practice, that is welcomed as well ... on a mat or in a chair. You will be in a yoga studio often described as "being inside a hug."
